Cleary Bros is currently seeking a Graduate Quality Engineer to join their dynamic, successful team based at Albion Park, NSW. 

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Maintain quality testing register systems for the quarry and concrete divisions.
• Co-ordinate with Managers and the external NATA certified testing authority to carry out the required product testing.
• Receive, input, and file quality test reports into quality tracking system.
• Develop, maintain and register quality documentation for products and services.
• Assist with the quality testing requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production and quality reports. 
• Prepare statistical analysis of data.
• Maintain equipment calibrations.
• Review mix designs and their components for compliance against Australian Standards and other specifications.
• Undertake trials for new concrete mixes and assist with the development of new quarry products and concrete mixes.
• Undertake monthly quarry stockpile mapping with drone and prepare inventory reports.
• Identify and report non-compliances to the Head of Sustainability, investigate the root cause and assist to close out non-compliances by following up on corrective actions.
• Carry out quality inspection at Cleary Bros concrete plants and quarries as well as Constructions sites as required. Prepare audit reports, summarise findings and follow up on the close out of identified non-compliances.

Required skills and experience:

• Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering.
• Numerical, analytical and observation skills.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work within a team environment.
• A current driver licence.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
• Ability to pass a ‘fit to work’ medical & regular drug and alcohol screening
